Thank you for your ongoing support. With your help, in fiscal year 2025, we paid $500,000  to ensure 5,427 people accessed abortion (as of June 21), a 58% increase year over year. 

Unfortunately, in the face of rising prices and economic uncertainty, donations are down 44% versus last year. That means fewer people have access to abortion and reproductive care. Long-term, the decline jeopardizes our ability to continue doing this important work. Your generosity has always been the heartbeat of our mission. With your help today, we can close the gap and continue ensuring that people have access to abortion and contraception. Donations can be made via the link below or by mailing a check to our PO Box.

In the fiscal year 2024/2025, A Fund developed new ways to support those in need of abortions. Kentuckians must now travel to out-of-state clinics. We work with partner organizations such as the Kentucky Health Justice Network, which provides direct patient support to help make appointments and navigate travel. While we prioritize serving Kentuckians, we also care for patients from surrounding states.

As part of our commitment to reproductive health care, we have launched a social media campaign on Facebook and Instagram that informs Kentuckians about reproductive options. We continue to financially support Appalshop (an organization serving Appalachia) in its efforts to distribute Opill, an over-the-counter birth-control pill, to those in Eastern Kentucky and other KY counties. We also work with organizations and businesses to provide free emergency contraception (the “morning-after pill”) to Kentuckians.
